Spectrum Life Support Group Spectrum Life is a support group for Autistic adults. Groups are inclusive and foster neurodivergent affirmative culture. Advocating for abilities and limitations, Navigating sensory sensitivities, interpersonal relationships and associated stressors. Groups are 4 weeks and limited to 4 individuals per group.
